Accepted Payment Methods

Depending on availability at checkout, Nuray may accept:

• Cash on Delivery (COD)
• Debit or credit card
• Bank transfer

Cash on Delivery

For COD orders, payment is made to the courier at delivery. Please keep the payable amount ready. We may contact you to verify the order before dispatch. Orders that cannot be verified may be held or cancelled.

Debit or Credit Card

Card payments are processed through the payment service displayed at checkout. Nuray does not directly store complete card details. Payment authorization or verification may be required by your bank or payment provider.

Bank Transfer

Bank-transfer orders are processed after payment has been received and verified. Customers should use the order number as a reference where possible and share proof of payment only through Nuray's official support channel.

Prices and Charges

All prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees unless stated otherwise. Product prices, discounts, and delivery charges shown at checkout apply at the time the order is placed. Your bank or payment provider may apply its own fees.

Failed or Duplicate Payments

If a payment fails, do not repeatedly submit payment without checking your account. If you believe you were charged more than once, contact your bank and Nuray support with the order number and transaction details.

Payment Security

Never share your card PIN, OTP, account password, or full card details through WhatsApp, email, or social media. Nuray will not request this confidential information.
